The panels are fabricated with CNC based machines.

STAGE	PROCESS
1	Pre-cleaning to remove excess oil and grease (manual wiping)
2	3—45 minutes of degreasing with alkaline degrease
3	Water rinse
4	20-30 minutes of derusting with Hydrochloric Acid
5	Water rinse
6	Water rinse
7	20-30 minutes of phosphating with Zinc phosphate solution water rinse
8	Water rinse
9	1-2 minutes of passivation with Chromic Acid

The main busbars are designed for a fault level upto 50kA RMS for 1 Sec. The main busbars are located on the top of the panels running horizontally in a separate enclosed compartment and are supported by insulators of FRP/SMC. The busbars are sleeved with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves and tightened with the torque wrenches to ensure proper tightness. All live parts of the control panel are shrouded to the maximum possible extent.
Liberally spaced cable chambers are provided on either for double front and one side for the single front.

The switch boards are extensible on either side. High quality neoprene gaskets are provided for doors, side covers and gland plates to make the equipment dust and vermin proof.

All power wiring is carried out by using suitable size of copper cable or by aluminium busbars. The control wiring shall be with 1.0 or 1.5 Sq.mm copper flexible and power cables will be of min. 2.5 Sq. mm.

Electrical Assembly and wiring shop has necessary calibrated tools and testing facilities to conduct various routine tests.
The design of panel has been done in such a way that to facilitate easy erection and commission, inspection and maintenance.

The preparation of drawings shall be carried out through dedicated CAD systems. Generator is available as stand by power.
